Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Solo Show, a service of Sodium Studio, LLC ("we", "us"). By creating an account you agree to them. The short version: your work is yours, your sales are yours, our job is to host your site well — and we ask you to use the service honestly.

The service

Solo Show provides artists a hosted website — gallery, pages, and (on the Gallery plan) a store — at a subdomain of ours or a domain you own. We may improve or change features over time; we won't remove core functionality you're paying for without notice.

Your work stays yours

You keep all rights to the artwork, images, and text you publish. You grant us only the license needed to operate the service: hosting, resizing, caching, and displaying your content on your site and, with your account's participation implied, in service features like your own storefront pages. We claim no other rights, and the license ends when your content is deleted.

Sales are between artists and buyers

This is the most important structural fact of Solo Show: when a buyer purchases artwork, the transaction is directly between the buyer and the artist, processed through the artist's own Stripe account. We are not a party to the sale, take no commission, never hold sale funds, and are not the merchant of record. Artists are responsible for fulfilling orders, for the accuracy of their listings, for their own sales taxes, and for their refund and return decisions (see our Refund Policy).

Subscriptions and trials

• New accounts get a 14-day free trial of the gallery surfaces. No payment method is required for the trial.
• Paid plans (Studio and Gallery) renew automatically, monthly or annually, until canceled. You can cancel, switch plans, or update payment details any time via Manage Billing in Settings.
• When a subscription ends or a trial expires, your public site is paused — nothing is deleted. Your work, pages, and order history remain intact and return the moment you resubscribe. Dashboard access continues regardless.

Acceptable use

Solo Show is for artists showing and selling their own work. Don't use it to sell work that isn't yours to sell, to infringe others' rights, to host unlawful content, or to deceive buyers. If someone believes content on an artist's site infringes their copyright, they can contact us at support@soloshow.app and we will review and, where appropriate, remove it and notify the artist.

Termination

You can stop using the service any time; contact us to delete your account entirely. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice where practical. Buyers' completed order records survive account changes where the law requires.

Service, warranties, liability

We work to keep the service fast and available, but it is provided "as is" — we can't promise uninterrupted operation. To the extent the law allows, our liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before a claim. Nothing here limits liability that can't lawfully be limited.
