Six surfaces. Nothing else.
Every Solo Show site is six small pages — no more. That constraint is the point: the site is a lit white wall, and your work is the only thing on it.

Why Solo Show exists
Born and raised in New England, I’ve been painting since my teens in the mid-’80s (thank you, Bob Ross) and have explored many mediums including oils, acrylics, and watercolors.
After a pivot to graphic and web design in the late ’90s, I hadn’t painted regularly for a couple of decades.
That is, until 2020 and COVID. The business I owned was forced to close for two months, so, to fill the time, I purchased an iPad Pro, an Apple Pencil, and a painting app called Procreate. I was so amazed at how the iPad had rekindled my love of painting that, in late 2020, I started painting with oils and acrylics again.
Fast forward six years, dozens of paintings and digital illustrations later, and here I am, on a platform I created, showcasing and selling my artwork. I never would have thought it possible, but with the rising costs of bloated website creation and online store web apps, I knew I had to create a simple and inexpensive platform for artists like me to showcase and sell their work.
So welcome to Solo Show. I built it for artists like me, and I hope it does for your work what it did for mine. Questions? I’m easy to reach on the Support page.

- Do you take a commission on sales?
- No. Zero percent, forever. Buyers pay you directly through your own Stripe account — the money never passes through us. Your subscription is the only thing you ever pay.
- What does the 14-day free trial include?
- Everything except selling: your gallery, collections, pages, and your own address. When the trial ends, pick Studio to keep showing your work — or Gallery to open your store.
- Can I use my own domain?
- Yes — subscribers can point a domain they own at their site, with setup guided step by step. Every site starts at its own address either way: yourname.soloshow.app.
- What happens if I cancel?
- Your public site pauses, but nothing is deleted — your work, words, and images stay safe, and everything returns the moment you do.
- Can I use Solo Show outside the US?
- Your gallery works from anywhere. Selling currently requires a US Stripe account — international selling is on our roadmap.
- What will Solo Show never add?
- Feeds, followers, ads, algorithms, popups, newsletters-you-didn't-ask-for. Your site is a gallery, not a platform fighting for attention.
